Use diagnostics after install, after updates, and after large config edits.

/hl debug test
/hl debug runtests

The diagnostic suite checks item registry counts, cooked-rice recipe matching, crop registration, WorldGuard hook state, EcoEnchants detection, event bypass safety, and runtime GUI loading.
