Mashables have brewing stats such as sugar, tannin, and acidity. Distillery uses those stats to shape output quality and drink identity.

What Traits Do

Traits are discoverable properties that make drinks feel different beyond a simple item ID. Some traits come from ingredient counts, purity, fruit choices, or special combinations.

How To Explore

Use /hld stats <item> before brewing. It shows whether an ingredient leans sweet, tannic, acidic, grain-like, or special. Then compare the finished drink lore after fermentation or distillation.

Admins tune mashables in Distillery config/resource files.
